Arena Art Group June Exhibition

Recently, I was accepted into the Arena Art Group (Rochester, NY). Arena is a member-based art group that has been around since 1951 and has counted in it’s ranks, many well respected and talented artists. I feel privileged to be a new member… As a new member, I have been invited to take part in an exhibition called “What’s New With Arena” at  Visions Art Gallery @ I-Square in Irondequoit, NY.

Exhibition Dates: June 10–July 10, 2014

Opening Reception: Thursday, June 19th, 7–9pm

The above painting, Contemplating Alternate Realities (45in x 48in)  will be included in the exhibition.

Newest Painting!

I just finished the last of the paintings to be featured at my show (which opens Monday) at The Owl House in Rochester. This one has changed drastically from the beginning. Each time something would happen that changed the course of the image. I am happy with the results. Hope to see you on Monday…6pm.

Studio Update!

Getting ready for a June group exhibition at Gallery r in Rochester. Some of these paintings are done and some are still in-progress. A lot of exciting things have been happening in the studio lately, I can’t wait to get these done and start stretching some more canvas! Also in the works, some new paintings and drawings for an up-coming solo exhibition at The Little Theatre Cafe in Rochester.

Exhibition at Tap and Mallet

18 paintings are on display at Tap and Mallet on Gregory Street, Rochester, NY through the end of the summer… The paintings are located in the lounge area inside the dining room and can also be seen on my website ( -> view work -> paintings on paper). Check it out, and have a pint!

Redefining P/C/P (Poetry/Craft/Performance)

This past Friday, I was part of an exhibition at Gallery r, in Rochester NY (recently re-located to 100 College Avenue). The show had a great variety of painting, photography, sculpture, glass, ceramics, poetry readings, and performance painting and sculpture. I did a 2.5 hour painting in a corner of the gallery (as you can see above). The show runs through April 7, 2012.
